berry & bitter negroni

An imaginative twist on the classic negroni. Bold, smooth and packed with berry flavour

Imagination Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin or
Damson Plum & Blackberry Gin

Rocks Glass

Ingredients

40ml Rhubarb & Raspberry Gin or Damson Plum & Blackberry Gin

30ml Campari or similar

25ml Red Vermouth

20ml Water for dilution

Ice

Method

  1. Add all ingedients to a jug with 1 cube of ice.

  2. Stir well until ice has melted.

  3. Pour into Rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish:

Fresh orange or dried flowers
