Ingredients

45ml Damson Plum & Blackberry Gin

20ml Cognac

15ml Lemon Juice

15ml Egg white / vegan foam (4 drops)

10ml Sugar syrup

Soda

Ice

Method

  1. Add gin, cognac, lemon, sugar syrup and egg white/vegan foam to a shaker.

  2. Dry shake well.

  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again untill chilled.

  4. Double strain into a coupe glass.

  5. Top up with soda.

Garnish:

Dried flowers or orange
