pomegranate ginger smash

A festive gin cocktail designed for Christmas gatherings. Bright pomegranate, warming ginger and refreshing citrus come together in a generous serve designed for sharing.

Ingredients

300ml Christmas Pudding Gin

300ml Ginger syrup or ginger beer

450ml Pomegranate juice

1/4c Sugar

1t Fresh rosemary

1t Grated fresh ginger

Ice

Method

  1. Add gin, ginger syrup (or ginger beer) and pomegranate juice to the stirring jug and stir well.

  2. On a saucer mix together sugar, rosemary and ginger.

  3. Wet rim of glasses and roll around the rosemary ginger sugar mix.

  4. Add ice to glasses and pour over cocktail.
