Ingredients

50ml Wakame & Lime Gin

25ml fresh lemon juice

20ml simple sugar syrup

A handful of fresh basil leaves

Ice

Method

  1. Add basil, lemon juice and syrup to a shaker.

  2. Gently muddle the fresh basil to release the oils and then add to the shaker.

  3. Add gin and ice, shake hard.

  4. Half fill rocks glass with ice

  5. Double strain the contents of the shaker over the ice.

Garnish:

Fresh basil sprig and lime slice.
