Ingredients

70ml Triple Distilled Rainwater Vodka.

15ml Dry Vermouth.

3 olives

ice


Dirty Martini

65ml Wakame & Lime Dry Gin

15ml Dry Vermouth

15ml Gherkin or Seaweed brine

3 olives

ice

Method

  1. Fill a shaker with ice, and add both alcohols along with the brine (if using).

  2. Shake softly until well chilled.

  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass and serve with olives.
