The Black Barn winemakers have joined forces with the legendary team at Imagination Distillery to create this wonderful and unique gin.  

The winemakers chose tightly grained and lightly toasted French oak barrels, which were used in the production of their Syrah. Then back at the distillery they are filled with Imagination's highest quality triple-distilled dry gin and carefully aged, letting nature take its course until the flavours develop into a vibrant and fruity gin, with a soft oaky body and lingering dry spice.
